Thank you for shopping with TheWaterboyz710. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you have any concerns about your order, please review our refund and return policy below.
1. Refunds:
- We offer refunds on items that are returned in their original condition within 30 days of the purchase date.
- To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
2. Returns:
- If you wish to return an item for any reason other than a defect or error on our part, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at merch@wbz710.com to receive a return authorization and further instructions.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and whether your return is approved or rejected.
3. Exchanges:
- We currently do not offer exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the item you would like.
4. Defective or Incorrect Items:
- If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, whether through a refund, replacement, or exchange.
